This sleek little unit not only bangs out your fave tunes in top quality stereo, it also plays video and is iplayer compatible. The battery life is also reported at 25 hours so you'll have a pretty bad case of red eye by the time it needs recharging and with 16gb of memory you should have plenty of space for your movies and tunes. On top of this it can be used to read e-books and has an fm radio built in, a commonly desired but often neglected feature.
Our last winner was the Apple Ipod which has always been a cool little unit, sleek and functional, and with good sound quality but now with an FM tuner including an awesome graphic interface, the ability to pause live radio, a built in video camera, memo recorder and an even better paint job than previous versions this unit is very, very hard to beat for the price. (And never forget that you will always find a willing buyer for one of these units when you're ready to upgrade and want to sell it on.) Certainly worth a look.
